I rarely stumble upon a book as straight forward and entertaining as this one turned out to be. In Be Our Guest they give a perspective on how Disney has created the empire they have, and how in doing so set a customer service precedent that rarely is seen in companies. My goal is to break down the book and hopefully let others get the basic concept and also give myself a deeper understanding of their structure of their customer service business model.
I really enjoyed the stories that are sprinkled throughout the book. I am more focused on the business concepts. But will keep them brief. This is really just my summary of some of the concepts within the book.
